Looking for a place to do you own thing? Our facility is open to members and the public during normal business hours whenever there is not a class in session. Typically this is 10-3pm Monday through Thursday, and 11-2pm Friday & Saturday.
Open Gym is a great way to get your extra weightlifting, cardio, and competition specific training done between classes.
