We’re transforming MROC into a competition-style arena with a brand-new course layout and official CENTR equipment — the exact same sleds, turf lanes, and training tools used on HYROX race day.

You’ll take on 8 x 1000m runs paired with 8 functional zones in true HYROX order:

This format is designed to test every aspect of your fitness — endurance, strength, power, grit, and recovery. It’s a full-body challenge that delivers the authentic HYROX experience right here at MROC.

Heats launch every 8 minutes starting at 8:00 AM, with the final heat before noon and a course cut-off at 3:00 PM. Exact start times will be released the week of the event.
