Sean grew up in Minnesota chasing adrenaline and playing hard — the kind of kid who was always moving, competing, and pushing the limits. At 20, a torn ACL forced him to slow down and take a hard look at how the body actually works. That injury became the turning point that shifted his focus from simply training hard to understanding how to train smart. Driven by that experience, Sean became deeply interested in biomechanics, structural balance, nutrition, and long-term athletic longevity. He earned his first certification through the International Sports Sciences Association and went on to train hundreds of clients in Chicago before continuing his development at Equinox in Miami. Along the way, he studied under respected leaders in the field, including Chuck Wolf, refining a coaching approach built around movement quality, resilience, and performance that lasts.

Turning Point

Sean’s own injuries taught him that intensity without understanding eventually catches up with you. That lesson shaped the way he coaches today. Rather than relying on guesswork or generic programming, Sean believes in assessing movement first, identifying imbalances, and building people back stronger from the ground up. His goal is simple: help people move better, get stronger, and stay capable for the long run. Whether working with competitive athletes or everyday adults who just want to feel good and stay active, Sean focuses on developing strong foundations that support both performance and longevity.

Motivation & Passion

Sean brings the same mindset to coaching that he brings to his own training — work hard, stay curious, and keep improving. He believes great coaching comes from constant learning and staying humble enough to remain a student of the craft. For Sean, the reward is seeing people build confidence in their bodies and realize they’re capable of more than they thought. His mission is to help members train smarter, move better, and keep showing up strong for life’s challenges — both inside and outside the gym.
