Sports have always been the heartbeat of Casey’s life. A lifelong athlete, she grew up competing in tennis, golf, horseback riding, track & field, and volleyball, where she developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and leadership. That competitive spirit carried into her time at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Casey trained with the PAC-12 women’s tennis team, competed internationally, and played both singles and doubles on the CU Club Tennis Team. Over time, Casey’s love for sport evolved into strength training and functional fitness. She discovered CrossFit and quickly found a passion for training that challenged both strength and endurance. That foundation led her to compete in local Spartan races, HYROX events, and trail runs, continuing to push herself while deepening her understanding of what it takes to build strong, capable athletes. Outside the gym, Casey enjoys trail riding, long runs with her husband, spending time at church, walking her dogs, and hosting friends and family at home. As a proud military wife and farm owner in Bonsall, she brings empathy, adaptability, and a strong community mindset into everything she does.
Casey is passionate about helping athletes feel strong, capable, and confident—no matter where they are in their fitness journey. She believes real progress comes from getting just a little better every day through consistency, intention, and realistic goals that meet people where they are. By focusing on achievable milestones and celebrating small wins, she helps athletes build momentum that leads to lasting change. At the heart of Casey’s coaching philosophy is community. She believes showing up for one another—through the highs, the hard days, and everything in between—is just as important as the physical work. Casey strives to bring positive energy, encouragement, and a sense of fun to every class so athletes feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they’re putting in.
