Our OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Simulation Class is all about obstacles, momentum, and friendly competition.
During these hour-long Saturday classes the gym transforms into a Spartan arena where athletes will have to swing, climb, and crawl their way to the finish line.
These heart-pounding courses change weekly so you always have something different to train for, and, unlike all of our weekday classes, you do not have to be a member to attend!
Ages 14+ with adult participation.
As a certified HYROX and DEKA affiliate we have ALL the equipment and tools you'll need to train for your next OCR or Hybrid Fitness event. During Open Gym all these tools can be used on your own and at your own pace!
Open Gym is supervised but unscripted, meaning there is no specific workout, routine, or course you have to follow so the possibilities are endless!
During Open Gym a staff member will be here to check you in and supervise all activities, but they will not be providing coaching on any of the obstacles (checkout our Skills Series program if you would like personalized training).
