About Coach

Health and fitness have always been a driving force in Kasse’s life. She grew up playing basketball, softball, volleyball, and kickball and cheered for Portland State University and other Semi-Pro football teams in Oregon. As an adult, Kasse began lifting weights but initially struggled with body images associated with her new muscular stature. With time, she learned to love being strong more than the idea of being “skinny.” Kasse has 3 beautiful daughters and they have run countless trail races, mud runs, obstacle races and half marathons together in the U.S. and abroad, including running the Marine Corp Marathon twice - once with her active-duty husband and again to honor her late father. She is also passionate about children, and has more than a decade's worth of experience with special needs youth and adults with at-risk behaviors in the school and community settings.

Turning Point

Motivation & Passion

“I have a fervent desire to live a life of purpose beyond herself all the while encouraging others to be the best version of themselves, and I hope to smile and laugh a lot along the way! Besides being energetic and athletic by nature, I’m drawn to the fitness industry due to the high value placed on the sense of community and the desire to build meaningful relationships. I have and will continuously strive to inspire and motivate others to persevere and achieve their dreams.”
