First and foremost, there are no other gyms like MROC. There are CrossFits, bootcamps, Fight clubs, Spin studios, Globo gyms, Personal trainers, and at least a dozen other places you can go to get fit. All are great in their own ways, for different people who are training for different things, but let’s be very clear… There is only one MROC.
Very few people have the freedom to workout whenever they want. Most of us have jobs, families, and other responsibilities that limit when we can go to class. So if we offered multiple class types per day, the person who can only train at XXX wouldn't have any choice in the type of class he or she’d be taking. If you look at it this way, gyms that split up their classes this way are actually more limiting.
The primary reason some gyms offer multiple class types is because they are unclear on who they serve or how to serve them. Behind the scenes, their business is a mess and they are scrambling to do whatever they can to get people through the door. It’s not their fault, they just don’t know any better because they haven’t been in the game long enough to realize their one thing.
