#4 KEEP - "the program in the same direction. Having us ready for any OCR/Hybrid race or event!"
#4 START OR STOP - "adding in just a Hyrox workout or just a deka workout. I’d rather do one of your supplemental open gym Hyrox/ deka workouts sometimes but I can’t get to open gym. They’re good but if I can’t actually do them then they’re useless."
Our weekday workouts are meticulously designed to prepare you for hybrid fitness races like HYROX and DEKA… we just don’t give them fancy names. If you are doing 3 or more of our classes per week no other “specialty” workouts are needed.
That being said, as a HYROX and DEKA affiliated gym we do also offer two additional tracks of programming provided specifically for these events. These workouts are available in our member app and can be done during open gym 6 days per week.
Alternatively, any group fitness WOD can be modified specific to your goals, i.e. more/less reps, shorter/longer runs, lighter/heavier weights, etc..
