We’ve tried offering a variety of mobility and recovery classes in the past and attendance has always dwindled after the first two or three weeks.
Most recently we have been offering free yoga classes 2-3x/month… These have received great feedback and we will continue doing them for as long as people keep showing up.
As we continue building out our Friday morning strength program you can expect to see an intentional recovery day programmed every few weeks.
We're huge advocates for proactive individual warmups and active recovery sessions… that’s why nearly half of our gym space has been dedicated to an area where you can get busy working on yourself without being in the way while class is in session… and we’ve most recently made our Hyperice Recovery Lab FREE to all members.
